As part of our outsourcing services, Jaylen Consulting has a successful track record 
in supplying from the very cost competitive Vietnamese fabricators.

With our local partner company, we provide the engineering team to oversee 
all stages of fabrication from procurement to final shipment.


• We source the materials either locally or internationally.
   Materials are certified or tested to ensure they are the correct composition.
• The fabricators are selected according to their capabilities to ensure timely
   and quality production. Our fabricators are all accredited to ISO9001:2000.
• Welders and weld procedures are pre-qualified. 
• Complete surface protection facilities including blasting, spray painting, 
   hot dip galvanising and powder coating.
• International suppliers of all consumables.
• The full range of NATA endorsed non destructive testing procedures are
   systematically used and recorded.
• All fabricated items are dimensionally checked and recorded.
• Containerised or bulk steel shipments are organised for delivery from Vietnam.
