       • Identify the plant limitations and propose solutions with budget estimates 
       • Manage the design development process
       • Prepare tenders: technical specifications, design drawings and the general conditions of contract.
       • Evaluate tender submissions, prepare recommendations and review with the Principal
       • Prepare contracts, and
       • Administer the execution of those contracts

well as outsourcing to local and overseas service providers.
